Consulting and Custom Development
Rehab-EMR can provide consulting services to assist in the implementation planning, systems integration, and customization of Rehab-EMR functionality. Examples include assistance in hardware selection, networking setup and configuration, custom interfaces to proprietary systems, and custom data screens and reports. Consulting engagements usually involve an initial assessment of requirements to determine the scope, deliverables, and estimate of work efforts.
Hosting services
Rehab-EMR provides your facility/clinic with all of the functions and stability of a Fortune 500 IT department: a secure off-site data center, high performance hardware, total IT management, an outstanding help desk, advanced security systems, access from anywhere, disaster recovery, an expert staff, and much more. All applications will be delivered through the internet from your dedicated servers on our managed data center. Despite this difference, applications will work exactly as if they were running locally at your site.

Training
Rehab-EMR offers a full range of training and education including instructor-led classes and computer assisted instruction. These sessions are designed to help our customers become accustomed and familiar with our Rehab-EMR software program. Training exercises include sample data entry of therapist's notes, treatments provided, and other clinical and administrative information. This approach is designed to give you a hands-on-learning experience by having you work through numerous exercises. We also provide "train-the-trainer" services allowing in-house personnel to teach other employees in a cost-effective and efficient manner and minimize non-billable hours spent in training. All that is needed is internet access and a phone line.
Support
Rehab-EMR offers phone, email and remote support. Our customer support experts are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm via telephone or online chat. We provide our customers with unlimited technical assistance and updates.
